KESCH Education started as an idea in 2019. Kim Schaeffer worked as an Implementation Project Manager for two major HOA accounting platforms. She began her education journey at Mesa Community College majoring in Business in 2020. Once she graduated with 2 associates degrees, she continued on to study Management at Arizona State University. During this part of her education, Kim started to realize that adopting new HOA management and accounting software was going to be an ongoing struggle for many businesses. She decided to start addressing the problem by starting KESCH Education. In 2022, she made the ultimate commitment and jumped into KESCH with both feet. KESCH has grown to a team of 8 to accommodate unprecedented growth and demand. We look forward to serving this growing industry for many years to come!
